Treehouses

Yestermorrow’s prototype wheelchair accessible treehouse. This is the one that launched the Forever Young Treehouse organization, building ADA compliant treehouses from coast to coast!

Three Red Maples…but one was dead. So we gently used that location to bring in all the utilities and support the fireplace. Everything meets hurricane code requirements.

Not everything gets built which is as it should be. But that’s no reason not to dream!

Just because you don’t have any trees doesn’t mean you can’t have a treehouse.

If a treehouse must live in the city, it needs to have a drawbridge.

Truly a “house” in the trees, we learned a lot about larger treehouses with this one. At 900 sq feet and two floors, this is bigger than many of today’s tiny-er houses.
